Return Policy
You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition with its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Each returned item will be inspected prior to refunding. If the returned item is not in new, unused, or resalable condition there may be applicable restocking fees. All credit card companies and banks post credits in a different timeline. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Daily Deal return and refund policy
Please note that "Daily Deal" sales are final. Also know that any return freight will be at customer's expense. We inspect every product before it leaves our warehouse; if your products arrived damaged, please contact us.
Cushions and Pillows Return & Cancellation Policy
Orders for cushion and/or pillows that are custom made* can only be cancelled during the first 2 days of ordering. Cancellations after the initial 2 days of ordering are NOT refundable. Returns on custom made cushions are NOT accepted.
* Custom made means any cushion or pillow made with any other fabric color than the listed below:
- Canvas Natural - 5404
- Canvas Black - 5408
- Cast Charcoal - 40483
- Canvas Taupe - 5461
Frog Furnishings Returns
Please note that "Frog Furnishings" sales are final and can not be returned. We inspect every product before it leaves our warehouse; if your products arrived damaged, please contact us.
Call Tags & Refused Merchandise Policy
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. In cases where customer would like us to pickup the merchandise or the customer refuses the shipment, we will issue a prepaid call tag. The cost of this prepaid call tag is 10% of the total amount of the merchandise being returned, to cover the return postage fees. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the 10% initial shipping fee. Refused or Call Tag merchandise will be subject to a total of 20% of the refund amount which is a total of 10% initial shipping fee, and 10% call-tag or refusal fee.
Free Shipping Return Policy
Free shipping items that are returned will be charged a 10% initial shipping fee to cover for the Free Shipping expenses. This fee is in addition to any restocking fees assessed.
Holiday Items return and refund policy
We have an extended return policy for early holiday shoppers.
All orders received after November 1, 2022 have a return period ending January 31, 2023.
Custom Made / Special Orders Return & Cancellation Policy
Orders that are custom made and special orders can only be cancelled during the first week of ordering. Due to the nature of the merchandise custom made orders may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Cancellations after the initial week of ordering will be charged a 20% cancellation and re-stocking fee. Returns on custom made orders are automatically charged 20% re-stocking fee.
Items purchased thru CozyDays or its affiliates that are purposefully used in commercial settings, photo-video productions such as photo shoots, films, music videos, commercials and advertising, live productions such as fashions shows, trade shows, open houses can't be returned. Such use constitutes automatic and willful ownership of purchased items and deems its purchase as final.

If you are not satisfied with any item you buy from us, please fill out and print the return slip and follow the Return Instructions below. We will issue your refund as soon as the merchandise is received by our Returns Department.
- If your order is made online, please print this return slip.
- Please indicate the reason for return.
- Please return the items in original packaging.
- Please add printed return slip in or on the box.
- Do not Staple, Tape or Glue anything on actual products.
